General sales conditions and terms of delivery
Prices
All prices on this website are in EURO without any kind of import/export TAX or Value Added Tax (VAT) whatsoever. No extra tax or expencives whatsoever will be charge by ThrottleStore.com. The total amount you have to pay to ThrottleStore.com is shown on the order before finishing the payment. But ThrottleStore.com cannot guarantee that no tax will be added by the local customs at arrival. Depending on the country to which products are being delivered, customs duty, VAT and other taxes may be levied. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer and is not ThrottleStore.com's responsibility. But usually, this does not happens.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering. Payment may only be made by a valid credit or debet card. All payment details are encrypted to the highest possible standard and only available to ThrottleStore.com.
Protection of personal data
ThrottleStore.com undertakes not to pass on your personal data to third parties; these are confidential and will be used only for the processing and payment of your orders in collaboration with our bank, and to enhance or personalise efforts to publicise or market our products, including through electronic messages advising you of products in your field of interest as indicated in our mailing list.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address given when you order. Delivery times are approximate and represent average delivery times corresponding to the time normally required to process and deliver an order. ThrottleStore.com may not be held responsible for any consequences of a delay in delivery, particularly in the event of a force majeure, computer breakdowns, and disruption or strikes affecting postal services, transport or communications.
Shipment
All orders are shipped CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight) as a registrated and trackable post parcel. Shipment will take place on the first or second workingday after receiving your order. Transportation time until the parcel leaves Norway takes normally only one workingday. Transportation time outside Norway varies a lot, from a couple of days and up to as much as two weeks depending on the procedures in the customers country. In case of any missing, delayed or damaged parcel, this has to be reported to ThrottleStore.com as soon as possible.
Guarantee and return
ThrottleStore.com guarantee to deliver all items in conditions decribed on the website. Prices and describtions can be changed without any prior notice. All kind of warranty claims or returns have to be authorized by ThrottleStore.com. Return of used or damaged items will never be accepted.
Responsibility
The items purchased on this website IS NOT TOYS and can cause severe damage if not use with the highest level of care and responsibility. ThrottleStore.com will never accept reponsibility for any damage caused by the purchased items, to the items itselves, the customer himself, other people or other living creature as well as buildings or any kind of other property belonging to the customer himself or any other persons or institutions. The customer himself is sole responsible to operate and handle the purchased items in a safe and responsible way. The customer will therefore be the only responsible to damage made by the purchased items to itself or any other living creature or property whatever the cause of the damage is.
ThrottleStore.com reserve the right to refuse to accept your order if we find that you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
